Deadline for Information on Topic Areas for Fuel Cell RD&D Extended to Jan. 14, 2008

The deadline for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Request for Information (RFI) on topic areas for fuel cell R&D has been extended to January 14, 2008. Visit DOE's E-Center to view the full RFI (DE-PS36-08GO38002) and for information on how to provide comments. Comments must be received no later than 11:59 PM EST on January 14, 2008.

The DOE is seeking information on potential topic areas for research, development, and demonstration of fuel cell technologies for automotive, stationary, portable power, and early market applications. The DOE is requesting comments on the technical topic areas described in the RFI and is also accepting suggestions for other fuel cell RD&D topic areas. Input from the RFI and the Pre-Solicitation Workshop will be used to assist in the development of a planned Fuel Cell Funding Opportunity Announcement for anticipated awards in FY 2009.
