Best-Practices Document on the Characterization of Hydrogen Storage Materials Now Available for Comment

A new document that catalogs best practices for the characterization of hydrogen storage materials is now available for comment. Comments may be emailed to DOE.HydrogenStorage@ee.doe.gov until August 15, 2008. Please put "Best Practices" in the subject line.

The Best Practices for the Characterization of Hydrogen Storage Materials (PDF 4 MB) document provides a reference guide of common methodologies and protocols for measuring critical performance properties of advanced hydrogen storage materials. Designed for the hydrogen storage materials development community, the document helps users clearly communicate the relevant performance properties of new materials as they are discovered and tested.
