Operation Standards for Fuel Cell Backup-Power Systems for Telecommunications Facilities

A large number of possible codes and standards can come into play for initial or periodic permitting of operation of fuel-cell systems to provide backup power for telecommunications or other facilities. After a fuel-cell backup-power system is installed, it must be approved for operation. Operation approvals address safe operating conditions and maintenance as well as record-keeping.
